PARKING & ACCESS

Our facility is located in a commercial complex with ample parking available. Please use the main entrance and check in at the reception desk.

FROM DOWNTOWN SAN JOSE:

  1. Take I-880 N toward Oakland
  2. Take exit 8A for CA-237 E toward Mountain View
  3. Take exit for Great America Parkway
  4. Turn right onto Descanso Dr
  5. We are located on the right side of the street

FROM SAN FRANCISCO:

  1. Take US-101 S toward San Jose
  2. Take exit for Great America Parkway

Do I need an appointment for service?

Yes, appointments are recommended for all services to ensure we can provide you with dedicated attention and accurate service time estimates. Walk-ins are accepted but may experience wait times.

What should I bring when dropping off a firearm?

Please bring your unloaded firearm in a case. If you have any specific issues or requirements, please write them down. We'll also need a valid government-issued ID for our records.

How long do repairs typically take?

Most repairs are completed within 2-3 weeks. Complex repairs or custom work may take longer. We provide estimated completion times when you drop off your firearm.

Do you offer pickup/delivery services?

We currently do not offer pickup or delivery services. All firearms must be dropped off and picked up in person at our San Jose location, in accordance with California firearms regulations.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept cash, credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), and debit cards. We do not accept personal checks for gunsmithing services.
